While I haven’t picked this book up in awhile, I’d still name it a favorite. I picked up my copy from a class I took my last semester in college and every single page is littered with text and underlines. The spine is broken and pages are falling out. When I took that class, I knew I’d like Spinoza (as a philosophy major). I never knew how much.
For anyone interested in nature, rational ideas or who wants to take a gander into philosophy. The book is literally numbered in an easy to follow way. Sure, every word isn’t simple and there are times you’ll go “Whatthefuck” but other than that, a must read for the intellectual within.
