Rachel Ray has the market covered on 30 Minute Meals. But who has 30 Minutes to cook? Between getting home from work, doing the dishes and other chores and just trying to breathe…time flies. Plus, who wantst to work all day and spend half an hour of free time just to make dinner?
And if you’ve ever come home, cooked and then been hungry…you know what it’s like to hate dinner. Here’s a 10 minute meal that won’t leave you starving in 20 minutes.
Step One: Cook Pasta
Cook about a cup of pasta. In this instance, we used penne as it was lying around the apartment.
Step Two: Fry
Put a little bit of oil/margarine in a pan on medium heat. Combine the following ingredients and cook about five minutes until done:
1 clove of garlic
1 half sliced green pepper
2 oz. ground beer
2 oz. onion
2 oz. spinach (or collard greens…)
2 oz. chick peas
If you’re not much for measuring, that’s about a handful of each ingredient. When done, squirt a bit of ketchup and mix. Yes, ketchup. You’ll thank me later.
Optional: sprinkle with feta.

Eat.
