I bought a sweater today. Well, I thought it was a gorgeous duster length sweater with a belt and ruffled neckline. I got to thinking about it more and it’s actually a sweater dress. While for most women that would ramp up the uses, I’m not most women and don’t do dresses oft. I’m torn on keeping it or returning it to Target.
The pros are that I loved it enough to spend $30 on it (my most expensive clothing purchase in years), the color is my favorite clothing color ever, it is warm and relatively easy to dress up or down. The cons would be the price, the length and style make it look robe-like when not wrapped up as a dress, it makes me look a bit thick (not to say I’m a small gal but still…), and might be a bit too ‘maternity.’
