Our living room has always been really rail-like. It’s frustrating (or rather, was) because it limited the room if I wanted to do yoga or roll around with the cats a little bit. I got the idea to re-arrange the apartment one day and Michael (the loving fool that he is :P) decided to help! We came up with an idea and I think these quick snapshots really capture it well. 

This is what we started with (well, kind of - it’s a bit messy as we did a few test moves before restoring it so I could take pictures): 

The whole process only took about an hour but when we got to wires, Widget thought he should certainly go ahead and help.

But the end result was totally worth it: 

SO worth it. We’ve had it about a week and I’m still in love with it.
