Home For The Holidays
I’m sitting on my parent’s couch now and am home—on vacation—for the holidays. I’m so glad we made it before all the really bad weather hit as we’d be snowed in somewhere that’s not here.
I’m so happy to be here. So are the cats.
I’ve been to West Virginia now! Sure, it was only 10 miles but still…pretty darn cool!
The GPS thinks were right under 8 hours away. I got it to almost program the Google Map way (minus E. PA stuff) and I know all that way.

Baking Day!
So, being poor out of my mind…I’m making cookies for everyone in the Cincinnati area who gets something from us (landlord, neighbors, people at both our jobs, etc.). Cookies on the list include:

1. What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before?
Well, this was a year of first: move out of NYC in a permanent sense, move in with someone I’m dating (and now engaged to), get a cat with someone else, got my first ‘real’ full-time job, etc.

The last two days I’ve been up at four AM to write articles in the hopes that I’ll have them all done by the end of this weekend so I don’t need to worry this coming week or do anything at all when in New York.
However, I’ve now discovered that 4AM is really early.
